Craig Childers

Lead Designer

Craig has been a part time resident of the Lake of the Ozarks for over 50 years and has over 40 years of residential design and construction experience. Craig specializes in creating spaces and outdoor environments that focus on lake living by modernizing out of date homes for today's livability. His goal is to design living spaces for all ages, family sizes and budgets while maintaining a maintenance friendly design.

Cliff Childers

Cliff Childers currently serves as Vice President of Sales at Portfolio, a warranty administrator based out of Lake Forest, CA. He is responsible developing a high-performing sales team, driving sales strategy, and achieving revenue growth targets. In this role he works closely with senior leadership to align sales goals within the company, objectives, manage large scale initiatives and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Prior to his recent promotion to VP of Sales, Cliff served as Managing Director at Portfolio, where he led a dynamic sales team and expanded the reach of Portfolio's programs. Known for his innovative approach to agency development and strong in-field support, he played a key role in creating wealth-building opportunities for agents and dealer partners

As a property owner at the Lake of the Ozarks, Cliff was the visionary of Lake of the Ozarks Renovation. After many conversations with other area residents, Cliff was driven to find a reputable solution for individuals looking to upgrade and increase equity in their homes. With his successful background in Business Development combined with leveraging the strengths and talent of several family members, he developed an attainable solution for property owners in the area.

He holds a BA in human biology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Kansas and was featured in Agent Entrepreneur Magazine’s “40 Under 40” list. Cliff lives in Shawnee, Kansas, with his wife, Brittany, and their two daughters, Cora and Chloe.
